Shila has been nothing short of incredible from the get go.When I discussed the details of our situation, she knew exactly how to guide us through the process with ease and keep us well informed and updated, as well as keeping us on track to reach our timeline goals.She told us what she believed would be the right listing price, told us what she needed from us, and got our home under contract- above asking price in less than 48 hours.She's also getting us into the perfect new home in a great community- our dream community, fitting our exact timeline we had envisioned.She is knowledgeable, straight to the point, and professional.We will be going to Shila for future real estate transactions and her brokerage would be the first I would drop a resume off at if I were to get a realtor license.
